This free event is open to the public and will be held inside and on the lawn of the Havener Center, rain or shine.
This year’s theme is “Saving Tomorrow’s World Today” and will feature interactive energy displays from the St. Louis Science Center, live entertainment, exhibits, a recycled clothing fashion show, poster and trash art displays, games and more.
Missouri S&T’s Solar Village and its E-cubed commons will also be open for tours. Tours of the Solar Village, located at the corner of 10th and Poole streets, will begin at 9 a.m. Tours of the E-cubed Commons, located on the north side of I-44 at Exit 185, will begin at 1 p.m. Missouri S&T’s E-cubed Commons serves as a central research facility for sustainable energy.
