Hicks, who is an active member of the community, has served on the Rolla City Council from 2005-2012.
“The City appreciates Councilman Hick’s service on the Rolla City Council and the contributions he has made to the Rolla community,” said Mayor Jenks. “His leadership and commitment to the Rolla community are greatly appreciated. We look forward to working with Gary in his role on the County Commission.”
