The Rolla Downtown Farmer’s Market will open from 7 a.m. until 12-noon on Tuesdays, beginning May 18 in the downtown festival lot next to City Hall at the corner of 9th and Oak Streets. Vendors will be set up in the lower festival lot at City Hall.
