- Granting an exception for an enclosed (and detached) smoking facility
- Granting an exception for private clubs provided there are no employees (this required a modification to the definition of “employees”)
- Struck the reference to distances from windows and doors

WE live across from the high school.
This is a no smoking area and is not enforceable!
Under age children daily come across the street to smoke off campus and nothing is done to stop the under 18 crowd from smoking.
This also applies to adults who go barely off campus and emoke also throwing down cigarettes wrappers and other trash.
NONE of this is enforceable!
U challenge enforecemnt in our area!
