The
next Rolla Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, Oct.
9 in the Council Chambers at Rolla City Hall, 901 N. Elm St. The meeting is
open to the public and will be televised live on Rolla Channel 16.
In
addition to the approval of the Sept. 11, 2012 minutes, the Commission will
receive a report on the Rolla City Council meeting held Sept. 17, 2012
regarding the approval for a request to re-zone property at 2009 Vichy Road
from R-2 (two family district) zoning to R-3 (multi-family district) zoning
(Burrell).
In
addition, under New Business there will be a request to approve the subdivision
plat of Blue’s Lake Plat No. 9 (Jack Dietzmann).
The
Planning and Zoning Commission will review the subdivision plat and make a
recommendation to the City Council.
