The annual Childrens Festival will be held on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Newburg Children's Museum of Natural History in Newburg, Missouri (located four miles west of Rolla - off Interstate 44).
All activities are free, including food and drink! Donations and volunteers are welcomed and needed. There is a full line up of live entertainment with Bliss Hippy, Rosa Stringworks, Dixie Union, Rolla Community Children's Choir and more; an Arts Rolla! display and activities tent; hands-on demonstrations of snakes, birds, dog agility, blacksmithing, basket making, pottery wheel, hands-on science activities, story time, crafts, and guided museum tours.
