Mayor Jenks presents Key to the City to Olympian Chantae McMillan

Rolla Mayor Bill Jenks, III presents a Key to the City plaque to Rolla High School star athlete, All American and Olympian Chantae McMillan at the Sept. 5, 2012 Rolla City Council meeting.
