The Rolla Junior Club will hold a fundraiser dodgeball tournament to benefit Larry May Park on Saturday, Feb. 25 beginning at 11 a.m. at The Centre, 1200 N. Holloway St. in Rolla.
The tournament, which is open to the public, will consist of 8-person, co-ed teams with a maximum of four males per team. There will be a 3-game minimum guaranteed and the entry fee is $120 per team.
To register, please stop by The Centre (1200 N. Holloway St.), or call 573-341-2386. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 12-noon.
All tournament proceeds will go towards improvements at Larry May Park which is a current project of the RJC. Larry May Park is a small park located within the Ber Juan Softball Complex across from Forum Cinemas on 18th Street. The RJC has spent time cleaning up the park and had a rededication this past spring. The Rolla Junior Club’s goal is to raise enough funds for all new playground structures.
